I have never visited Boise Idaho before. Are certain areas of Boise more desirable than others?
As you might already know we have several communities (North End, Northwest, Southeast, South, Southwest, Boise Bench, West Boise, West Boise/Garden City, Eagle, etc.) broken up within the Boise Metro area. A few seem to stand out more then the rest. Southeast Boise is one of many. It is attractive to both renters and homes owners alike.
Case in point: Historically Southeast Boise has appreciated significantly in housing market values for a couple of reasons.
One, there is limited availability of land to build on, thus, when there is high demand and little supply then we have increase in home values.
Two, Micron Technologies is a huge driving force for employment and many employees do not want to drive more then 10 to 15 minutes to work.
As a result renters and home owners alike look towards Southeast Boise. Oh, I must not forget that Southeast Boise sits directly between downtown Boise and Micron and neighboring the famous Boise River, thus, creating a perfect location directly between downtown Boise, Micron and unlimited recreational access.
